Mora nails the book as a whole, but we still believe Ben Bishop is the best to draw the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles since the original issues featuring the turtles. Parrott is by far the best to write Power Rangers and brings that talent to the pages of this crossover. The stakes are high and by the end you are hoping the next issue is just around the corner. However, the book does stand on its own enough to allow you to get involved in the story and want to know what happens to the two incredible teams. Now, reading the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers / TMNT crossover is almost certainly a prerequisite reading. It’s our childhood in grownup form that Parrott and Mora nail! On top of the main characters, opening with Casey Jones was another way to win us over.
